The Department of Food, Environmental and Nutritional Sciences of the University of Milan collaborates with entities and companies providing specialized consultancy, food quality control and carrying out research projects in specific areas of interest for partner companies. The department's teaching staff, more specifically, provides public and private entities high-level training activities and technical-scientific support throught specific research projects.

You can also consult the updated version of the Defens rate table with all the information relating to the paid services (chemical and biochemical analyzes) offered by the Department of Food, Environmental and Nutritional Sciences to companies and public entities. The Defens rate table currently contains over 300 types of benefits (extra payment for chemical analysis commentary).
