Sections
The Department of Food, Nutrition and Environmental Sciences consists of five sections: Human Nutrition, Food Microbiology and Bioprocesses, Chemical and Biomolecular Sciences, Food Sciences and Technologies, Agro-Environmental Systems Sciences.
Each Section has staff belonging to the Department as Full Professor, Associate Professor or Researcher and develops its own lines of research.
