The research activities of the Department of Food, Nutrition and Environmental Sciences of the University of Milan involve the professors and researchers belonging to the Structure, as well as the personnel belonging to other university departments with which the Defens has developed over the years collaborative relationships in order to create an interdisciplinary context of research and development of knowledge.
