The Department Director represents the Department and coordinates its activities.

The Department Board directs, plans, coordinates Department's activities. In addition to teachers and researchers, the Council is also composed by Technical Staff Representatives, PhD Representatives, Research Fellows Representatives and Student Representatives. 

The Council assists the Director in managing Department's activities. 

The Joint teaching staff-student committees is made up of four professors and four students and evaluates the quality of teaching.
