The scientific collaboration with Parmalat has now widened to the French Group Lactalis

The R&D of the Lactalis Group has granted a 1-year post-doc position at our Department for a research project dealing with UHT milk gelation (acknowledgment letter). Antonio Colantuono, PhD from the Federico II University of Naples, just joined the Department to work on the project under the supervision of Professors Luisa Pellegrino and Grazia Fortina.
